Mission and Purpose

Mission and Purpose form the foundation of why you exist as an organization. They spell out what you do for whom and why in a way that is both inspiring and differentiating. Nonprofits have long built their organizations around Mission and Purpose but all entities can be strengthened by focusing on something more than dollars and shareholder value.

The Mission is why employees go the extra mile to make a difference for those you serve. Employees will work for money; they will go above and beyond for Mission . It relates to core values, which each person holds.

If you haven't revisited your Mission recently, PDI will take you through a process that allows you to determine what difference you make for those you serve. And we will ensure that everyone interprets Mission the same way by achieving consensus on what outcomes such a Mission will achieve.
