Performance
Drivers is a collaborative of senior consultants in leadership,
values, strategy and organizational change, who can help shape
a new direction for your leadership team or your organization,
comprise the Performance
Team. Each consultant contributes to driving performance
through his or her field of expertise as a trainer, advisor,
consultant or project manager. This allows teams to be developed
according to the needs of your organization or project. Performance
Drivers is based in Pittsburgh, PA but works worldwide through
its consultant network. It's president is Sally
Mizerak, a senior
consultant, facilitator, trainer and speaker in the area of
organizational change.
Performance Drivers:
- Brings skilled facilitators to your change initiative . Although they bring the best in practices and techniques for facilitating productive discussion, they do not use a cookie cutter approach. Every session is customized to recognize the unique expectations of that organization and its customers, the unique pressures it faces and the unique opportunities for differentiating itself in the marketplace. Extensive preparation may include interviews with external as well as internal stakeholders, surveys, study of the environmental influences on the organization and meetings with the leadership team and with others involved in the change.
- Offers a broad range of assessment tools which can be used to assess culture and core values, determine readiness for change, assess leadership and management skills, profile team effectiveness and improve communications. These tools are used where appropriate to help change work.
- Is effective with a broad range of service-based clients. It is particularly effective in working with those that have a membership or public constituency, or that are working in the public arena. Clients include public agencies, nonprofit organizations, health care institutions, construction and professional service firms and a number of broad-based community initiatives with multiple sponsors.
